Professional Experience
In the period from 2001 to 2010, Irina worked in “Auchan”, where she was improving her professional skills in the training area by acquiring new experience in presented retailing.

Irina started her career as a professor in secondary school and was given a status “The best school professor 1993” for her achievements. From 1995 till 2001 Irina was working as an education coordinator in “Mars” company, where she developed, organized and led education programs.

In 2010 Irina joint “Alest” - business consulting company, where her competences areas are: management, leadership, effective communication.

Education
In 1993 Irina Aristova graduated with honors from Moscow State Teacher’s Training Lenin University, in specialization “Professor of philological disciplines”. She pursued her studies in the university and obtained master’s level. Irina also completed education programs in Technical College (Faculty of economics, accounting and control) and in Moscow University of Russian Education Academy (Cross-cultural communication, English language, graduated with honor). Irina enriched her experience through training modules (human resources management, consultants training, and textbooks writing) and internships in Europe (France, Netherlands, Great Britain).
